Reduce to OpenNMS default configuration

Description

  • Remove all external configuration

  • Create default configuration with OpenNMS internal events, graphs and data collection only.

Cleaned up configuration:

  • Removed 3rd party SNMP configuration

  • Removed 3rd party event definitions

  • Removed 3rd party graph definitions

  • Removed 3rd party Syslog translation configs

By installation OpenNMS can just monitors itself with JMX.
