Dashboard Dashlet: Refresh indicator

Description

It's really cool that each dashlet auto refreshes without a page refresh, now, but the dashlets should provide and indication when it is auto-refreshing.

It seems feature is already there. It's just that the refresh happened so quickly that it was difficult to see.
