Administrators should be able to control the edge line style and line color and provide logic that determines when a given style/color is used.

The logic should be scriptable and will need to be able to find the appropriate OnmsSnmpInterface objects using edge specific attributes. It will also need to perform Measurements API queries to gather statistics such as link utilization.
