footer rendering is weird in opennms docs

Description

I was merging my 14.0.0 documentation changes to the develop branch, and I noticed the footers for all the asciidoc render HTML pages say:

Version 220 Chatham Business Drive Last updated 2014-11-04 15:07:06 EST

Something weird is obviously going on here in some variable substitution.

Reviewed change and merged to develop pull request https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/160

The problem was that the version and author got mistaken.

By default the version and last update time is included in the footer.
Customizing the footer requires more work, which why I decided to not get into this.
I added the copyright Information in the header.

The pull request is here: https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/160

ie, we are not "opennms version <part of our address>"

Shouldn't it be:

Version {opennms-version} Copyright (c) 2014 The OpenNMS Group, Inc. 220 Chatham Business Drive Pittsboro, NC 27312 Last updated DATESTAMP

Hey Ben, the footer was taken from a pdf file. I cannot remember which one.

What should the footer be instead?
