Commit failed when editing events in the webgui in 22.0.4

Description

When trying to edit and saving a event in the "Customize Event Configuration" the admin web gui we get Commit failed.

One significant thing is that when entering any event in the webgui the "Destintion" drop-down is cleared. Nothing is selected here by default.

We have three installs where this occurs. Including one clean install. common denominator is that we're running Debian on all three installs. So perhaps there's an issue with the debian package some how?

The following can be viewed in the webgui when trying to save.

Here's a pastebin link: https://pastebin.com/tN1b4TX9

We're not getting all the output. If you know how, please inform us and we will get it.

I've also attached some screenshots.
