OutOfMemoryError m_ipcManager

Description

Since version 21.0.x OpenNMS crashes at random intervals. I've already tried to increase the heap memory, but that doesn't help, it just takes a little longer to crash. I suspect a memory hole, I think it's gotten worse with the plugin opennms-plugin-provisioning-snmp-asset.

In OpenNMS is the MaxMetaspaceSize hard coded, I have set this to 512m and OpenNMS runs longer.

  1. it's  not right to set MetaSpaceSize for Java 8, the MetaSpaceSize is normally calculated automatically.

  2. But it still seems to be a memory leak.
