Import Assets page doesnt display all the fields required for import at the bottom of the web page

Description

The asset "import" web page doesnt show all the fields at the bottom of the screen.

To duplicate it,
Log into OpenNMS, choose "admin", then the "Configure OpenNMS" drop down option.
Then choose the "import and Export asset information" link on the left side.
Then choose the "Import Assets" option.
The bottom part of the screen should show all the fields required for import. "Country", "Longitude" and "Latitude" are not show even though they are required for import.

To show all the field required for import, use the "export" option and the first row has all the fields required.
I exported a nodes data, removed the Longitude info and tried to import the data back.
It does not import the data and errors out. So, all those fields are required and should be seen on the import page too.
