I think I've run into this problem before, but didn't have time to chase it to ground and write it up. From my recollection, the problem seemed to manifest only with Grafana 8, not with previous releases, and with most – but not every – dashboard I tried.
Running a 1,2,or 4 panel Grafana report from the WebUI / Database Reporting fails. The reports.log file is attached showing the exceptions encountered.
