Create a simple source for providing a VMware Host-Systems requisition

Description

It should be possible to import the minimal information to build a requisition node for each ESX Host-System imported from vCenter. All interfaces should be set to not monitored and should be not elected as SNMP primary interface. Services like `VMware-HostSystem` and `VMware-ManagedEntity` should be only assigned if the ESX Host-System as only 1 IP interface. Categories and asset fields should be mapped in the same way like the URL connection handler for VMware in Provisiond.
