PRIS is not working with JDK greater version 8

Description

Using jdk 11 you will get this error:

 

HTTP ERROR 500

Problem accessing /requisitions/myRouter. Reason:

Server Error

Somebody started working updating it and helped making a PR in https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms-provisioning-integration-server/pull/44. So far everything is green. if you want to give it a spin.
