Description

  1. UI will call additional end point upon click on the save button (done in backend)

  2. UI will show to user a new message to the user if any of the Tread Pool fields were changed and save button pressed

  3. to provide wording for message that UI will show in action item #2 (see comment)

The current snackbar needs to stick around longer, or be replaced by something "sticker" and perhaps non-self-dismissing. It should not be a modal, though.

It should convey the message:

Thread pool sizes saved.

You must restart OpenNMS for this change to take effect.
