Requisition definition-Edit functionality and table binding with API

Description

Update data binding for the table UI with real API values
Working EDIT functionality for rows
Show UI for EDIT data
Pre-filled the edit values coming from API

Acceptance / Success Criteria

Table data should come from API
Display appropriate message when data is not present
Edit functionality works fine to edit table rows
On edit - UI form will display with edited values
