alter documentation deploy step in bamboo to match the new structure

Description

change the deploy step for documentation in bamboo to publish the guide-all artefact to the webserver.

The documentation is provided as complete archives:
opennms/opennms-doc/guide-all/target/guide-all-1.15.0-SNAPSHOT-docs.tar.gz
and
opennms/opennms-doc/guide-all/target/guide-all-1.15.0-SNAPSHOT-docs.zip

The folder structure of the archive does not contain any version based folders.

I believe I've got this fixed, but we'll have to get through some bamboo cycles to be sure.
