Can you support 'measurements' API by GET method?

Description

Hi,

I find Measurements API at document ( https://github.com/OpenNMS/newts/wiki/RestAPI ) can by support GET Method.

But, At the code ( https://github.com/OpenNMS/newts/blob/master/rest/src/main/java/org/opennms/newts/rest/MeasurementsResource.java ) support POST only.

Can you support GET method?
I think GET method is the better.
