The default set of configuration files for the XML Collector contain data very specific for the Juniper's use case to collect data from 3GPP Devices.
It would be better to move those files to etc/examples/3gpp and put a commented sample config inside xml-datacollection-config.xml
Note: the packaging for RPM and DEB files must be updated as well.
