The only one that I can find is the EIF adapter. Do you see more places that need to be fixed?

Many of the Karaf shell commands in the install guide use the 2.4.x command
features:install.In Karaf 4.x, the
featurescommand was renamed tofeature, so we should update the documentation accordingly.
