Default flow dashboards need updating for v9 plugin

Description

The included Flow/Cortex Flow dashboards are still based on the v8 plugin and need to be converted to include a working version out of the box.

Could also use this time to convert the Graph (Old) panels to Time Series panels.

Hopefully a fix for importing included dashboards from “Configuration > Plugins” screen:

Yes great idea, I will add a “Converter” dashboard.
