Export data from OpenNMS (stored in ES) to an OCE Dataset

Description

Similar to what we do now with the cpn-export command, we should provide an opennms-export command that maps the data to the OCE Dataset format.

For example we should be able to run:
oce-tools opennms-export --from “Jan 6 2019” --to “Jan 7th 2019”
